When will I get my order?

Orders are despatched within 5 working days.   If your order is urgent, do email or telephone to alert me.

What if my purchase is damaged during shipping?

Please return the item to me for repair.

Can you make your pieces in gold?

Yes I can, Just email me for a quote.  Choose Gold Vermeil, 9 carat or 18 carat gold.

Can I return my item for a refund?

Yes. If the item does not fit or you are not satisfied with your choice you may return the item within 14 working days of receiving the item as long as it is unused and in new condition. I will then replace or refund.

Can I have my silver gift wrapped?

Everything I send will be beautifully gift wrapped.

 

How should I clean my silver?

Any proprietary silver cleaner dwill bring your silver up to a gleam.  Or return it to me with SAE and I will give it a yearly professional polish and spruce up for no charge.

 

Why does my silver tarnish?

The silver I wear constantly does not really seem to tarnish unless it is in contact with certain chemicals such as bleach or salt water. Hot mineral pools contain sulphur and may also tarnish silver, so be sure to remove before use.

How should I store my silver?

Try to ensure that any stored silver is kept in a zip poly bag  with as much air removed as possible..  Beware wrapping in baize or textured fabric which could scratch the silver.

Will my piece be hallmarked?

Legally it is not necessary to hallmark items of silver weighing under 7 grams.  To keep the price of very small items down, I usually ensure such items are marked '925' signifying the quality of the silver.   Pieces over 7gms will  bear the London Assay Office hallmark and my makers mark.

Can I buy a gift voucher ?

With pleasure.  It will be in the form of a smart A6 gift card and will be valid for a year fro the date of payment.  Just email to purchase.
